  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible at no additional cost (subject to availability).

6. Late or Missing Returns

  • If you haven’t received your refund or exchange after 7 business days of return delivery, check with your payment provider.
