1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You can provide a proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

Note: Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Products marked as final sale
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or negligence

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items sent by Home-wellness.

5. Exchanges and Replacements

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it:

  • Provide your order details and photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Home-wellness will ship a replacement as soon as possible at no additional cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Contact your payment provider if necessary.
